An unplanned trip to Jaipur landed us in this grand ITC Rajputana hotel that evokes the spirit of Rajasthan not only through the décor but also in the form of hospitality. Its grandeur is seen from the lobby with its marble floors, pink upholstery, white walls with floral and paisley designs and lotus-shaped fountain in the center .. pretty much every design element that showcases the elegance of Rajasthan. The beautiful mural painting, jewelry motifs, folk music, altogether gave us a royal feeling of pride that nestles beautifully in our varied culture, taste and traditions.
We accompanied our mom and dad to spend a nice stress free weekend to indulge in this royal stay and enjoy doing absolutely nothing! The evenings were all about sitting under the stars at the courtyard…unwinding and watching the beautiful Rajasthani folk dancers and listening to musical jugalbandhi by the singers… We were pleasantly surprised by a local singing a melodius folk song in the lobby.
The total experience was just so relaxing that we enjoyed our stay all the more. The swimming pool area was simply fabulous. It had a decent no of loungers where we relaxed …laksh thoroughly enjoyed his swim time. The pool area and the courtyard is the most happening place of the hotel…The morning hours were spent walking around basking the sun, lazying, watching Laksh.
I also played snakes and ladder with him..good fun..only till the time he royally messed up with the counting… There were some more outdoor games to keep the guests busy…we did all of those..had a really nice time at ITC Rajputana I hope you like my video…if you did you know the drill..subscribe like share and comment ..
